The building is located in the historic section of Leffert Garden Brownstone in Brookly, NYC. Although facade needs to be in its original state, we intend to repurpose many of it's interior wood work keeping it's original character, at the same time opening up the space and freeing up the flow and lighting that were orinigally restricted due to its linear fashion. The majority of the change is finish and FF&E.

Wan-Jen was involved with this project prior contract. She prepared the supported proposal package, including, design schedule, design proposal, zoning research. After contract signed, Wan-Jen took part in site measurement, participate in client meeting, design and research. She also prepared drawings for the DOB application.

Because of the intention of keeping true to its historic character, and enhancing its space for modern use. The research and design process became one of Wan-Jen's favorite project. 

The project was put on hold during filing of dob from clients personal circumstances at no fault of design firm.
